Starting today, Amazon launches AutoRip for vinyl, pairs MP3s with your records. The way it works is that when customers purchase an AutoRip vinyl record, a digital copy of that music will be automatically added to their Cloud Player libraries, free of charge. This digital copy can be used for immediate playback or download.

Amazon is also allowing customers who have purchased AutoRip-enabled vinyl records at any time since Amazon first opened its Music Store in 1998 to get free digital copies of those albums in their Cloud Player libraries.

As a photographer navigating the AI era, we are confronted with numerous fresh opportunities and, at the same time, potential challenges. The question looms: can we not only survive but also harness the full potential of these new possibilities, especially with the advent of mega digital cameras in this emerging photographic age?

Certainly, AI tools have enabled enthusiastic individuals to craft a diverse array of captivating artificial images. However, the question arises: can these creators truly be called photographers? In my view, the distinction lies in the ownership of photographs and the associated intellectual property rights. This consideration has made me considerably more discerning in terms of what and how I choose to publish my images.
