If you're a fan of Tinder, Airbnb, or just having sex with hot people for money, LoveRoom is the naughty new app for you. The company facilitates room rentals, but only to attractive people.

Users who rent their places can deny booking requests. However, every user must confirm their identity with Facebook and SMS verification.

LoveRoom is the controversial creation of Los Angeles entrepreneur Joshua Bocanegra. According to the app’s website, it’s “a platform where people can rent their living space to other people under one condition: they need to be attractive… it’s like Airbnb for Dating.”

As a photographer navigating the AI era, we are confronted with numerous fresh opportunities and, at the same time, potential challenges. The question looms: can we not only survive but also harness the full potential of these new possibilities, especially with the advent of mega digital cameras in this emerging photographic age?

Certainly, AI tools have enabled enthusiastic individuals to craft a diverse array of captivating artificial images. However, the question arises: can these creators truly be called photographers? In my view, the distinction lies in the ownership of photographs and the associated intellectual property rights. This consideration has made me considerably more discerning in terms of what and how I choose to publish my images.
