In today’s hyper connected business environment it’s sometimes hard to get in touch with a person or a company. Recently I need to get in touch with facebook and it was a nightmare. However I managed to reach a person at the local Board of Directors in Sweden and to get some attention.
Here are some advices how to locate that number:
1. Company Website
Many company sites contain the corporate phone number on the “Contact Us” or “About Us” page.
Works very well in the US and has pretty accurate phone numbers. Their data set isn’t as robust as some other sources, but you can search it very quickly.
3. LinkedIn
LinkedIn works especially well if you have an Business or higher account.
Simply type in your target company’s name into the search box. Select the company you wish to contact and you should see the corporate phone number.
It’s a repository of corporate phone numbers and email syntaxes. The data set is not highly accurate.
6. Find a Press Release
Press releases almost always contain a generic corporate or direct phone number.
7. Google
Take advantage of Google search engine. Add one of these symbols to your search terms in the Google search box to gain more control over the results that you see
