Last summer during our stay in Florence, my wife visited a Gucci store. She showed them how suddenly the interior of her Gucci bag "kind of melted", probably because of the heat and age. The employees at the store in Florence recommend us to return the bag for reparation via the local store where we live, in Stockholm.
So we did. But after months of arguments with the management of the store in Stockholm about if they wanted to repair the bag or not. We were told that "Gucci Italy" couldn't repair the bag.
After collecting the bag at the store in Stockholm, we found out that they did never send it to Italy for reparation, the store in Stockholm just lied to us! Have you experience the same with Gucci?
